As part of the year-long Ghoton celebration programme commemorating the 90th birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, a three-day Tibetan Cultural Festival was held at the Mall of Dehradun. The event brought together the Tibetan community and local visitors to celebrate and showcase Tibet’s rich cultural heritage.

TBSL contributed to the successful execution of this cultural celebration, helping create an engaging platform where tradition, community and culture came together. The festival featured traditional Tibetan food and products, cultural stalls, a photo exhibition, and screenings highlighting the life and achievements of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

The closing programme was attended by Uttarakhand Culture and Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj, along with distinguished guests, members of the Tibetan community and local residents.

The successful event reflected TBSL’s experience in supporting large-scale cultural events and on-ground event execution, while creating meaningful experiences that connect communities and audiences.
